3/25/16

Baby girl! Today is your day! Induction day. We came to the hospital at 6am to be induced. The nurse started the pitocin at 7:45am. It is now 11:35 and I am at 3+cm dialited and having contractions every 1-3 minutes. We will meet you soon my sweet girl!
At 1 I received the epidural. Momo and Renee were with me. My water was broken at 2. The first epidural didn't work-so I was given another one at 2:30. I crashed. My bloom pressure went to 50/20 and my heart rate dropped. I felt like I was floating away. I was passed out from 3-5pm...once I woke up I felt much better. The nurses and doctors regulated me with ephedrine and the counter medicine. At 6p I was 6cm. We thought we were in for a long night! At 730 dr m checked me and I was 9cm! Shelley rushed to my house to watch the boys and Momo came to lgh. In three big pushes out precious Analisa Norine was born. 8:35pm! Weighing 8lbs 5 oz. 21inches'

3/23/16

Yesterday the gross mucus plug came out. Went back to Markowitz-he said its a waiting game. We decided to celebrate Easter 4/3 instead so that way we can just focus on the baby. Oh and Dom has a fever! Good times.

3/21/16

The induction date that never was. 39 weeks. Soft cervix. 2cm dialited. But the baby is still up high. So it's a no go. I will go back Thursday to check again. Dr. M said she isn't as big as the boys....😬 time will tell. He tried to sweep membranes....but the cervix is thick still or she's up high. Still not understanding it. I was induced with Rocco sand it all went fine-so I'm confused on what the issue really is.
Different note-found a great park in Niles called jonquil park. Boys loved it!!!!

Iversons bakery

At almost 39 weeks pregnant-Nonno drove me down to blue island for the most amazing Swedish pastry.

3/18/16

Rocco is sitting in the recliner watching paw patrol on the iPad. Dom is still in bed-it is 730am on Friday 3/18. I'm drinking my coffee thinking this will be our last Friday (maybe even last day) as a family of 4. How I love our children. The perfect little faces, clumsy fingers, sloppy kisses, so much love in their bodies. (Not good listeners....). The next few weeks will be a lot about baby girl. To my precious boys, my first loves-I maybe focused on the baby soon-but I still love you with all of my heart!!! Always and forever kind of love.
