Dominick's first babbles "spoken" yesterday 11/27/12.

Mirrors

Dominick has a mirror on his play mat gym, he was playing this morning when I caught him smiling at himself in the play mirror! Giggling and smiling!

Mr. Smiley

Dominick has turned into "Mr. Smiley"! He smiles at me and watched to see if I smile back! He has the sweetest gummy smile and my life is so full and blessed because of him!
(He also does "lips" when he's full from his milk)

12 weeks

Dominick during tummy time. He is able to hold his head up very well....only when he gets tired does he "fold" (drops head)!

He did it!

Daddy, I and Dom where playing in Dom's gym and he reached out for his toy and successfully grabbed it!!!

Holding

Today was the first day D, was reaching (awkwardly) to hold on to things. It started with Willy and Zoe....perhaps because they have soft fur. Dominick is opening his hands more and becoming aware of them! I think he is starting to make the connection that his hands can touch/hold items.

Petting

Today, I had Dominick pet Zoe and Willy. We do this often. Today D reached to grab Zoe on his own!

Thanksgiving 2012

Dominick's first Thanksgiving.
We have many things to be thankful for!

11 weeks

Our sweet boy has discovered his hands this week! Dominick also knows he has a tongue-since he keeps sticking it out! He also (knock on wood) has been sleeping about 6 1/2- 7 hours at night.

Willy and D

I was a little worried about My Willy once the baby came home. I knew that it would be hard for willy to understand what is going on and he might be jealous.
William LOVES Dominick. He knows to be sweet to him. Willy guards the baby and when ever D cries willy runs over to stand by him (after he comes to get me). Willy gives kisses to D freely and he's usually stingy on his kisses!
